Thoughts.. They are always there aren’t they? They may be about someone, something, about a place, about future, past and present. They may be about self… They continue run through our minds at a speed which is may faster than light. Yes, a clever minister in King Akbar’s court, Birbal was once asked, ”What is it that travels faster than light?” and he replied ”Thought”. Yes it’s true.. the thought can travel into the farthest corners of the universe and go deep at an sub-atomic level.
Thoughts also multiply. If you be conscious about you will realize that you started off thinking about something and you have reached thinking about something and someone totally different. Such is the nature of the mind. Totally unstable. Always in motion.. in entropy. They say to achieve peace, one should make one’s mind thoughtless.
But being thoughtless is also a thought isn’t it?
